1. You Felt Invisible or Unimportant – Your emotional needs were often ignored, dismissed, or met with indifference.
2. Lack of Affection or Emotional Support – Little to no hugging, encouragement, or comforting words when you were sad or afraid.
3. They Avoided Deep Conversations – They rarely talked about feelings, struggles, or emotions, making it difficult to connect.
4. You Felt Like the Caregiver – You had to take on emotional or parental roles, comforting them instead of receiving care.
5. You Struggle with Self-Worth – You often feel unlovable, undeserving, or like you’re “not enough.”

You get to relate, connect and build a long lasting group of like minded people. Groups are 5 people max(co-ed, men’s focus, or women’s focus).
