Thank you for being here.

Let me tell you a bit about me.

I’m Lisa!

I’m not a stranger to emotional survival.
I’ve carried the weight of too much responsibility and not enough love.

For years, I navigated life through shame, silence, anxiety, and deep loyalty guilt towards my mom and three brothers.
I became who I thought I had to be just to feel safe, accepted, or needed.
But I didn’t feel whole, even within a 5 year marriage. You see I had never been taught how to truly love or honor myself. Simply to keep going, “be strong” and rooted along with “you got this”. While it helped get me where I am, emotionally I kept missing something, feeling alone often.

My healing began the moment I stopped pretending I was okay. I had to face how I was impacted by an absent dad and with an emotionally unavailabe and sometimes immature mom. I had to admit that I am now responsible for what my today and forward looks like.

Today, I help others, just like you, make sense of what happened before love
So you can stop repeating the past, stop shrinking for others, and start creating a life rooted in self-worth, clarity, and connection.

Well-being isn’t just about emotional health, it is about whole-body health. My philosophy is that we need to address sleep, nutrition and exercise in ways that are sustainable for you. I’ll provide ideas and tips to help these areas, throughout my site and videos.

Thank you for being here.

My Approach Is…

  • Trauma-informed – I meet you with compassion, never judgment.

  • Rooted in reality – I don’t do fluff. I offer honest, practical tools and emotional insight.

  • Focused on lasting change – Healing is more than venting. It’s transforming how you think, feel, and show up for yourself. I warmly guide you to face hidden hurts and turn that into meaningful moments for you.

I have a 15 year history of experience in mental health. I started as a school based clinician then focused on trauma with children. The last 6 years I have focused on working with adults seeking healing, change and understanding of themselves. Specializing in whole body wellness and topics of anxiety, trauma, relational issues at work, with friends and romantic relationships.

Here’s what I know…

  • Change happens when there is enough pain that you are no longer willing to endure.

  • Physical health is part of mental health.

  • The healing journey is not easy, you have to want it more than you fear it or want to avoid it.

  • We need others through this process. Unfortunately you cannot heal fully on your own.

  • Life is not perfect. And still life can be wonderful.

  • Compassion & Kindness is key.

  • I’m here to support you.

  • I know I know. You’ve been told this a million times and you can’t get yourself to do it.

It’s ok, I walk you through methods that are more accessible and get you started on bullet journaling.

And yes it will be a big component towards healing. Don’t stress it though, that’s what I’m here for.

  • Yep. We have to go through self regulation, getting a handle on your physical body and how to find calmness. If breathing doesn’t work, I’ll give you a refund, that’s how confident I know diaphragmatic breathing is. We start with this.

  • To forgive is not forgetting and reconciliation is not needed. The process of forgiving takes time and is for you, your healing process. It allows you to stop holding what was never yours to carry. It is also possible to set boundaries that allow you to engage with family and manage to have a civil and pleasant time.

    Don’t believe me? Let’s talk.

Lifestyle

Wellbeing isn’t just about emotional healing—it’s a whole-person journey.

True healing includes the way we care for our body as much as how we care for our heart.

Sleep, nutrition, and movement aren’t separate from our moods. They directly affect our mood, energy, nervous system, and ability to process emotions.

That’s why I’m passionate about sharing insights on lifestyle choices that support your mental and emotional health. Alongside the inner work, I’ll be offering guidance on simple, sustainable habits that help you feel more grounded, clear, and alive. It may not all fit for you, however, it’s important to think about and implement a routine that works for you.
